waitstaff - candidates should be outgoing, hard-working, and a team player. job duties include serving customers food and drink and cleaning after close. all cocktail servers rotate through beer tub and shot shifts. 

doorstaff - candidates should be outgoing, confident, hardworking, and flexible. job duties include checking ids, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in and outside the club, cleaning after close, bussing tables, and helping out wherever needed.
